We are a small business located in Victoria BC. Our focus is on estate clean-outs and other situations where a home needs to be transitioned from “lived-in” to market ready.
With an excellent staff and a wide range of experience we work with with realtors, trustees, property managers, trades people, homeowners, and families to help bring order to the chaotic and simplify the complicated.
Our combined backgrounds, skills and knowledge enable us to provide a range of services and handle challenging and time sensitive projects.

Dane Gifford
Dane is our onsite manager of operations, responsible for strategizing and overseeing the hands on work. If something needs to be donated or recycled Dane knows where to take it. He has 2 decades of experience managing hauling and garden maintenance businesses and found his niche with estate cleaning. Having had the personal experience of being an executor, he knows first hand the complications and difficulties that pop up and enjoys helping to ease the burden for others.
Erin Bernard Debouquet
Business owner Erin began her working life in the non-profit sector with a focus on communications; administrative operations; and immigrant/refugee services. She also has over 20 years experience in business and consulting. Her successful gardening company focuses on downtown hotels, luxury homes, residential buildings, and commercial properties.
Accustomed to working with people facing challenging situations, Erin is adept at developing effective plans to keep the overwhelmed calm and the exhausted upbeat.
Our Staff
We employ a staff of regular and casual labourers who possess a variety of skill sets to make the job run smoothly. With strong backs and strong work ethics, getting things moved from one place to another is no problem.
